From one laptop to a team-led brand.

In March 2020, as India went into lockdown, Ujjwal and his wife Dr. Jyoti took Fitness Funda online. There was no studio, no agency and no ad budget — just a living room, one laptop, one Zoom call and a handful of women joining a live class.

What turned that into ₹10 Cr+ in revenue and 15,000+ paid clients wasn’t going viral. It was building a machine: a unique, result-driven product; a traffic engine that didn’t depend on one platform; and a sales system and team that didn’t depend on one person’s time. Ujjwal’s focus was the part most founders ignore until it’s too late — systems, scaling, operations and growth.

The brand was recognised at the Crore Club Awards and featured on national TV. Dr. Jyoti won the Bharat Vibhushan Award for Best Women’s Fitness Brand and was invited to the National Creators Award 2024. Fitness Funda itself became the subject of a published international research paper.

The systems behind that growth became the Win-Win frameworks.
